1+, 2+, 3+ are played during the fast part. The D and the G are done as open
chords, for the G just play open the D, G and B strings. The C and Bb of 2 and
2+ I play them only on 2 strings with distorsion. For example the C is played
on the D and G strings, 5th position, the Bb on the same strings, 3rd
position. The A is played as an open chord.
